Gennady Kaufman, 41, father of 2
Dec. 29, 2015: Gennady Kaufman, 41, succumbed to wounds sustained in a knifing attack in Hebron on December 7, 2015.
Kaufman was a maintenance worker at the Tomb of the Patriarchs, and was waiting for his ride home when a Palestinian man attacked him with a knife. He sustained critical wounds and was rushed to the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem where he died three weeks later.
The assailant was shot dead by security forces
Kaufman, a resident of the West Bank settlement of Kiryat Arba, is survived by his wife and two children.
